These terms describe permitted use of odditydrop.com, the OddityDrop editorial website. They apply to the website and its contact form. The Privacy Notice explains how information is handled. Rules for separate services, including Instagram, apply when you visit those services.

Reading and sharing

You may read the site and share links to its articles. Copyright and other rights in articles, photographs, illustrations, logos, and other material belong to their respective owners. An image credit identifies a source or rights holder; it does not grant you a license to reuse the image.

Any reuse must be permitted by the relevant rights holder, an applicable license, or the law. Check the article's photo credits and license links before reusing third-party material. Contact us if you want permission to reuse material that OddityDrop controls. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under applicable law, including lawful quotation or fair use.

Editorial information

OddityDrop publishes reporting and commentary for general information and entertainment. Stories may describe historical events, developing research, or claims made by identified sources. Publication and update dates provide context; older articles may not reflect later developments. Content is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

We aim for accurate reporting, but errors can occur. Use the contact form to identify a factual error, misleading context, or attribution concern. Include the article link and, where available, a reliable source supporting the correction.

Messages and submissions

The contact form sends a private message to OddityDrop; it does not publish a public comment. Send only material you are entitled to share and only the personal information needed for your request. Do not send confidential documents, trade secrets, or information you are not authorized to disclose.

Submitting a tip, link, or photograph offer does not transfer your copyright or guarantee publication, payment, or a response. We may review your message and contact you about it. Permission or licensing for publication of submitted material should be agreed separately before use. The contact form is not a secure whistleblowing or emergency-reporting channel.

We may not be able to respond to all submissions. For inquiries, please allow up to three business days to hear back.

Responsible use

Do not impersonate someone, submit threats or targeted harassment, distribute malicious code, send spam, infringe others' rights, or try to bypass access controls. Do not intentionally overload the site or collect personal information from its private areas. Employee and administrative areas are restricted to authorized users. Report a suspected security issue through the contact form without including passwords, access tokens, or another person's private data.

We may reject abusive submissions or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, or others, subject to applicable law.

External services

Articles and navigation may link to sources, Instagram, or other third-party websites. Those services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean sponsorship or endorsement. We do not control their content, availability, or later changes.

Availability and legal rights

We may update, correct, remove, or temporarily suspend content or site features. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every article will remain available indefinitely. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or limits a right or remedy where doing so would be unlawful.
